Rehearsal room available for co-renting

Searching for more bands / projects to share a rehearsal room with.

The building is situated at Friedrich-Karl-Straße 24A, 12103 Berlin. It is a repurposed above ground bunker and solely dedicated to rehearsal spaces, which means it’s possible to be loud throughout the night as well. The room has a stable temperature throughout all the year due to a nice ventilation system.

There are a lot of time slots available, we use a calendar for that.

There is a drum kit that we share, PA, guitar and bass amp.

It is possible to leave some of the equipment like guitars and keyboards, but the space for things like amp stacks and drum kit storage is limited.

As of now the payment per project would be 100€ per month with the possibility of it being lower once we get more people.
