LOOKING FOR DEDICATED MUSICIANS – MODERN METAL / ALTERNATIVE PROJECT (BERLIN) /German version on the bottom
I'm looking for committed musicians to build a serious, long-term band in Berlin.
The musical direction combines Modern Metalcore, Post Metal, Dark Jazz, Ambient and Electronic elements. Some of my biggest influences are Loathe, Sleep Token, modern Metalcore and cinematic, atmospheric music. The goal isn't to copy these bands, but to create something original with a strong identity.
The Vision
I'm looking for people who genuinely want to build something meaningful—not just another rehearsal project.
Ideally, every member contributes equally to songwriting, creative decisions, promotion and the overall direction of the band. However, I'm also realistic. Many successful bands are driven by a highly motivated core of two or three people, while the rest contribute in different ways. I'm completely open to either approach, as long as everyone is committed and shares the same vision.
Songwriting
I want songwriting to be as flexible as possible.
We can write songs together from scratch, but members are also welcome to bring fully written riffs, demos or complete song ideas. The band can then develop, rearrange and adapt these ideas together until they become our own.
Workflow
One rehearsal per week focused on songwriting, rehearsing and preparing live performances.
One additional weekly meeting dedicated to planning, content creation, social media and developing the project.
Recording demos and singles ourselves using professional equipment.
Mixing and mastering can either be done in-house or outsourced to the right producer when needed.

Gleichzeitig bin ich realistisch: Viele erfolgreiche Bands werden von einem motivierten Kern aus zwei oder drei Personen getragen, während die anderen auf ihre Weise zum Projekt beitragen. Beides ist für mich völlig in Ordnung, solange Engagement und die gemeinsame Vision stimmen.
Songwriting
Der Schreibprozess soll flexibel sein.
Wir können Songs komplett gemeinsam entwickeln, aber jeder kann auch fertige Riffs, Demos oder sogar komplette Songideen mitbringen. Diese werden dann gemeinsam weiterentwickelt, angepasst und umarrangiert, bis daraus ein Song entsteht, hinter dem die gesamte Band steht.
Arbeitsweise
Eine Bandprobe pro Woche zum Schreiben neuer Songs, Arrangieren und Vorbereiten des Live-Sets.
Ein weiteres wöchentliches Treffen für Organisation, Content-Erstellung, Social Media und die Weiterentwicklung des Projekts.
Demos und Singles werden möglichst in Eigenregie mit professionellem Equipment aufgenommen.
Mixing und Mastering können entweder selbst übernommen oder an einen passenden Produzenten vergeben werden.
